The Huxtables @ Cake Shop, NYC – 5.31.14

The Huxtables were something different at the Apple Womp/Cake Stomp shows on Saturday May 31st. Their sound is a bit like Weezer a little bit and features members of Slow Gherkin. They also had an album out on Asian Man Records. Check out my full review of the show here.

Not much to say about this set. I sat in the same spot, used flash for the most part but I did shoot some without it. When I used the flash, was shooting around ISO 3200 and when it wasn’t be used, cranked it up to ISO 6400. The no-flash photos are usable but definitely prefer the flash ones.
