Murphy’s Kids @ Cake Shop, NYC – 5.31.14
June 7, 2014 | Concert Photography
Murphy’s Kid opened up the 2nd day of Apple Womp/Cake Stomp on May 31st in NYC. Check out my full review of the show here.
Murphy’s Kids were good and I never heard of them before. Their singer was all over the place and running around. He reminded me of Jim Breuer haha. Their guitar player was freakin’ tall and I’m surprised he didn’t bump his head on the low ceilings. Throughout this set, I just used the speedlight and shot around ISO 3200. I started off the set on the one side of the stage and ended up back in my spot from the night before.
