Mustard Plug @ Knitting Factory, Brooklyn, NY – 5.17.14
May 22, 2014 | Concert Photography
Mustard Plug finished out the night at the Knitting Factory last weekend and they were awesome as usual! You can read about the show over at ReadJunk.com but all the photos from their set is below.
Out of the sets for this show, this was most difficult. The crowd was further pressed up to the stage area and the lighting got darker. The lighting started out okay but then got worse as the set went along. I wish lighting guys just left the lighting bright unless asked to turn them down a little. It was okay for the two bands and then just went downhill from there. But still, I think I got some cool photos of the guys. One of my favorite moments was handing Dave broken girly checkered glasses and he put them on. Then he put them on my face afterwards too haha. I was bummed I wasn’t able to get some better shots of Rick, Brandon and Jim but there’s always next time.
