Deal’s Gone Bad @ Knitting Factory, Brooklyn, NY – 5.17.14
May 22, 2014 | Concert Photography
Ska/rocksteady band Deal’s Gone Bad played second to last at the Mustard Plug at Knitting Factory in Brooklyn. I was shaking my booty and takin’ pictures at the same time (apologize for people behind me haha). Read my full review at ReadJunk.com, but check out all the photos below.
The lighting for their set was mostly blue, which is fine. I’d rather have that then red lighting, blech. Like the rest of the sets, I stood in the same spot so it was tough getting over to take better shots of the horn section and people on that side of the stage.
The singer of Deal’s Gone Bad would go up on the edge of the stage, where the lighting was darker so it was tough getting some shots there at times. Other than that, not too much to be said for this gallery set. Deal’s Gone Bad are a fun band to see though!
