The Huntingtons @ Analog-A-Go-Go 2023, Dogfish Head Brewery, Milton, DE – 11.18.23

I saw a punk band in Delaware! The Huntingtons played Dogfish Head’s Analog-A-Go-Go 2023 in Milton, Delaware on November 18th 2023. It’s been a few years since seeing a punk band, pre-pandemic with the Adicts show at Gramercy Theatre in NYC.

I reviewed the beer and music fest at ReadJunk.com if you want to read that. It was great to finally see the Huntingtons after all these years of reviewing their music and listening to them.

The stage is the same one used for Rocking the Docks so I knew what to expect with the height of it and angles. Since no one was really up close, I stood from a distance and shot mostly from there (in the sun). I went up close a few times but mainly stuck to the perimeter. There was no lighting since the band played at 12:30 in the afternoon, which is notoriously the worst time to take pictures for any type of lighting. It wasn’t raining so that’s always a bonus though.

For photographers out there, I just used 2 lenses for this show: 70-200mm f2.8 and 24-70mm f2.8
