Bigger Thomas @ Apple Stomp: Day 2, Irving Plaza, NYC – 6.1.13
June 6, 2013 | Concert Photography
Bigger Thomas opened up Apple Stomp and I thought did a brilliant job! Not to mention I got the funniest animated gif of the band.
For more extensive review of the Apple Stomp, read my reviews of Day 1 and Day 2.
I wanted to check out Bigger Thomas earlier but was eating a quick dinner, so I missed part of their set. I managed to get back in time to take some pictures in the crowd. The people up front were nice enough to move over and let me shoot, which doesn’t happen all the time. Gotta love ska! Roger was in fine form, fashion-wise and stage presence. He was bouncy all over the place and I held down my shutter and it looks like he’s flying in a circle on stage. This thing needs to be spread around more because I think it should go viral haha. Other than that, the band was great and was happy I got some pictures of them.
