The Slackers @ Apple Stomp: Day 2, Irving Plaza, NYC – 6.1.13
June 7, 2013 | Concert Photography
The last band of Apple Stomp was The Slackers and they ended the fest with a party. Everybody that was still there was drinking, dancing and just having a great time.
For more extensive review of the Apple Stomp, read my reviews of Day 1 and Day 2.
I was a bit disappointed in my Slackers photos, as I think they could have been a lot better. The band was fantastic though. I tried to get some decent shots of Vic, Glen, David and the others. The lighting at times had a nice burst in the background but wasn’t as prominent as it was at The Revival Tour a month or so ago. Towards the end of the third song, I got some fun crowd shots of them toasting The Slackers and cheering. That’s really about it for this set.
Thanks again to Matt Flood and company for getting me photo pass to this! Let’s do it again next year shall we?
