The Beach Boys @ Oceans Calling Festival, Ocean City, MD – 9.28.24

The Beach Boys performed Oceans Calling Festival Day 2 in Ocean City, MD on September 28th 2024. You can read my review over at ReadJunk.com.

Been a fan of the Beach Boys for a long time but never saw them live until Oceans Calling. Mike Love and Bruce Johnston are the only long-time members left but can’t deny it was enjoyable hearing the songs live. The lighting was very bright for their set which I was happy about. I knew Dexter from The Offspring was supposed to be playing a song with them but since it was at the end of the set, it wasn’t going to be attainable to capture that. It takes like 10-15 minutes walking to each stage so you miss a lot of things that happen at the end.
