AJJ @ Dogfish Head Brewings and Eats, Rehoboth Beach, DE – 6.7.23

AJJ performed at Dogfish Head Brewings and Eats in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware on June 6th, 2023. You can read my review at ReadJunk.com.

It was great to see AJJ again, the last time was in 2008 in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Things have changed since then, with the band’s popularity growing a lot since then.

Unlike the other shows I took pictures at Dogfish Head, this one was a lot more crowded and a lot of people standing right by the stage. So that was great to see because it meant I could get up closer to take some pictures without being in the audience’s way. Halfway through the set, I moved around to get some other shots from the balcony which was a nice vantage point. I haven’t been up there yet, and I particularly liked using my telephoto up there.

I started laughing when the set ended because I was waiting for some type of jump shot from the band and it happened when I was changing lenses. Figures. This is why I need to shoot with 2 cameras but ya know, money and all that.
