The Krays @ Gramercy Theatre, NYC – 1.16.20

The Krays played the Adicts show at Gramercy Theatre in NYC on January 16th 2020. You can read my full review at ReadJunk.com.

I never saw the Krays before but I liked their set! The lighting at Gramercy Theatre was really strobey for my liking. I used to get annoyed with some back lighting for being too bright but after I had a seizure in November (not epilepsy), certain strobes and flashes annoys me a lot now. It (hopefully) won’t trigger anything but this set was kind of hard to get through for the first 3 songs. I thankfully managed and got some cool shots of the band. I was probably shooting with no eyes open, which I guess is impressive.

I shot this set with the 24-70mm 2.8 lens for the entire 3 songs. Strobey lights aside, it certainly made the photos look nicer.
