Suicidal Tendencies @ The Bash Music & Craft Beer Festival, Old Bridge Township Raceway Park, Englishtown, NJ – 6.2.19

I saw Suicidal once on the Warped Tour but I think it was a year I wasn’t shooting or just didn’t get a chance to shoot their set. They were one of my favorites to shoot at Bash, besides Rancid because they were all over the place! Guitarist Ben Weinman was a ninja. Jumping, kicking, spinning, digging his guitar into the stage, at one point picked up his daughter and was playing at the same time. Sadly, I didn’t get that. I tried to get him jumping off the giant stacks towards the end of the set, and every shot was blurry. Figures.

Still, I got some great shots of Ben and Mike, and the rest of the band. I didn’t even bother changing my lens this set and just used 24-70mm f2.8 lens. I wish I had the chance to shoot the entire set because they were so fun!
