The Slackers @ Punk Rock Bowling, Stone Pony Summerstage, Asbury Park, NJ – 6.12.16

The Slackers played after Anti-Nowhere League at Punk Rock Bowling on Day 2. My full review of the Day can be found here.

The sun was really strong behind the stage for The Slackers set. I thought it might turn the photos really ugly but I managed to get creative. Instead of having a bunch of blown out photos, I tried to work with the sun to make the photos interesting. I also shot from the sides so the sun wasn’t directly in front and the members weren’t just silhouettes.

The Slackers are always fun to photograph so I highly recommend doing so if you haven’t before!
