Donald Spence @ Irving Plaza, NYC – 3.30.14

Donald Spence (Versus The World) opened up the Ataris at Irving Plaza on Sunday night. I did a review of the show over at ReadJunk.com.

I saw Donald play with Versus The World last year in June at Gramercy Theatre. I haven’t seen him solo yet so that was kind of cool. The lighting for his short set was pretty crappy and essentially just had one color (blue) for most of the set. It was dark and typical for openers at most shows at Irving Plaza. I only shot 2 songs because there wasn’t much to shoot besides Donald with the guitar. Yup, that’s about it for this one.
