The Have Nots @ Webster Hall, NYC – 8.6.12
August 7, 2012 | Concert Photography
The Have Nots were the second opener for the Bosstones show and clearly a crowd favorite…well besides The headliners of course. I didn’t know much from The Have Nots beides a few tunes but I think I’ll be listening to them more often from now on.
The band played for 35-40 minutes and the lighting was about the same as it was for the Attack. Lots of bright back lighting and not much in terms of front lighting. Kind of have to make the best of it but I think I did okay with the photos I got. I kept taking pictures of the bass player because he was more active than the others. I think the band needs to incorporate some jump shots into their set though. I was waiting for some and just never got any haha. Like the other set, I took some shots with my telephoto lens after the 3 songs were up. That’s really about it for this set.
