
It’s been a year since last seeing one of my favorite Celtic rock bands, The Young Dubliners from California. They released a new album Saints and Sinners back in February, and it’s still being constantly played on my iPod like I just heard it for the first time. But now it was time to see the band perform those songs live at Blender Theater in New York City.

Seven Nations were the opening act for Young Dubliners at Blender Theater at Gramercy last Thursday in New York City. Their mixture of Celtic, rock n roll, and country folk were a perfect combination for an opening act for the Young Dubs.

Another month has passed by, and it was a rather uneventful month at that. I didn’t go to one show in August but I did go back to LBI again. Just been trying to save up money to move a little bit closer to the New York City. Looking to move to Suffern, NY in Rockland County, where I was born. It’s a nice area but not sure I’ll be able to find a nice enough apartment there. I’m also looking in Bergen County, NJ for places; which has more options as far as apartments are concerned. Anyone know of any decent places to live in those area & that is affordable?
