
Last weekend, I was about to book a flight with my girlfriend down to Florida to see my parents again. I’m glad I didn’t (no offense Mom and Dad haha) because we found out that tickets to Dublin were cheap! Well as cheap as they have been. Kristen and I decided we should do it and go to Ireland. After all these years of wanting to go, I’m finally going! What’s even cooler? I’m seeing Shane MacGowan of the Pogues perform with Sharon Shannon as well! That show is on May 1st at Olympia Theatre by the way…

Scotland’s Glasvegas played Webster Hall Monday night and put on a fantastic set! Ida Maria opened up which you can read about here. I thought Glasvegas sounded very similar to how they sound on their latest album, which is a good thing in my mind. If you didn’t see Glasvegas Monday night, you missed out on a great show!

Norwegian singer Ida Maria and her backing band were the opening act at Monday’s Glasvegas show at Webster Hall in NYC. I’m not familiar with Ida Maria’s music at all but she certainly made the shooting experience interesting.
